BS-117水基金属钝化液

一 适用范围：

主要用于碳钢及黑色金属、合金钢制品组件及材料的工序间防锈、短期防锈及封存防锈之用；尤适用于防锈期较长、要求无残留不油腻、金属表面清洁干爽的工件。

二 性能特点：

  本品以多种缓蚀剂、封闭剂，防锈添加剂配制而成的 淡蓝色透明液体。可用于氧化，电镀后处理钝化封闭，以及喷塑、涂漆前的预处理，也可用于机械加工工序间的防锈。

1)         不含亚硝酸钠等有毒有害物质；

2)         超强的防锈性能，具有防锈钝化双重效果，可代替钢铁钝化剂，起钝化作用；又可取代普通防锈油，起油膜封闭防锈作用；

3)         本品彻底杜绝了传统水基防锈的浮灰残留问题，又杜绝了传统防锈油的油腻粘灰问题；

4)         本品不含矿物油，可免除清洗工序；

5)         兑水使用，与水形成稳定透明的防锈液，工件可带水操作，使用方便；

6)         根据防锈期的长短需要，可选择使用不同的稀释比例；

7)         经本钝化剂处理的工件,可保持金属本色；

8)         后工序配套性好。短期低浓度防锈，后工序加工无需清洗；对于高浓度长期防锈，后工序加工时，用清水直接冲洗，即可轻易的除掉防锈膜

四 使用方法

1、按照5%--50%的比例加水，充分搅拌均匀，形成透明溶液，浸涂、喷涂、刷涂均可。本品使用浓度越高效果越好；

2、经过防锈处理后的工件一定要自然晾干、风干或低温烘干，方可进入下道工序或包装存放。

3、典型工艺推荐：

工件——除油除锈——水洗——防锈剂处理——干燥

五 注意事项

1、使用时应保证原液与水调配搅拌均匀，以增加本品性能；

2、工件在防锈干燥后，存放期间尽可能不要与水直接接触；建议最好置于阴凉干燥处密封存放；

3、禁止混入金属碎屑、线毛等杂物；

4、禁止食用。

六 常见问题分析

1、工作液温度可控制在30℃以下，不会影响防锈效果；

2、浸泡时间大于5秒钟，就可形成牢固持久的防锈钝化膜；

3、推荐明细配比浓度及施工方法

  ①5%工作液     通常防锈期十天左右      常温干燥环境（相对湿度小于50%）

  ②50%——20%    通常防锈期半年左右     水分干燥后，塑料袋密封、干燥处保存

4、工作液维护

1)用新鲜水质配制工作液；

2)工作液消耗后，应及时补加规定浓度的工作液；

3) 当工作液出现异味或有絮状物出现时，表示工作液失效需更换工作液；

4) 由于外界杂质或异物的混入，将会导致防锈液的污染，当影响工件的外观或防锈性能下降时或工作液PH值突然发生急剧变化时，表工作液失效或报废，需更换工作液；

5) 本品气味柔和，通常状况下，不易发生皮肤过敏现象，由于本品有一定的清洗清洁作用，建议操作时佩戴橡胶手套等防护用品；

6) 工件防锈后，必须干燥残留的水分，可自然风干、晾干，也可烘干，烘干温度不宜超过60度；

7) 本品防锈后，不宜用手触摸或接触污染物，防止防锈性能下降！

Six common problem analyses
